long time no type.
so i havnt written in this for over a year i suspect, and am contemplating deleting it all together. well business is a factor one can't ignore, and i have realized that university is one of the busiest times of my life. not only is the workload something i never imagined (although for the most part enjoyed due to its encouragement to think in a less rigid way than highschool permits) but homesickness is a factor i underestimated. now people often complained that it is a real thing and to take it into account when going to school out of province, but i never suspected that i would not enjoy my time here, at the university i have wanted to attend for quite some time now. ottawa is boring, but it is also home, and i had to discover that the hard way. maybe things will get better, maybe i'll start to appreciate being this far away from home, in a coastal province. only time can really tell, and til then, i am stuck feeling lonely and far away from most i have ever known. now, back to the endless amounts of reading.
