Woo, I finally finished a Thing!
Short story, ~6500 words, original. Had it for about a year floating in one form or another, but hurrah! Finished!
Well, now I must edit it, and I've probably done that amount again in total on Halfborn and Kore in the last few days, but it's nice to actually finish something. Anyone fancy a beta-ing? It's modern-day magical / fantasy.
And Halfborn gained another character - about time I had a Paladin who wasn't off their rocker entirely! Also figured out a plot point I'd been faffing over. All in all, a good day of sitting in a tea shop, writing. May do it again tomorrow, after I have bought a Silfest tent and seen if I can get Jobseeker's allowance or not.
