L murderer
I am sure many of you are wondering about the capture of the "L murderer", and what I plan to do with him since he is under my supervision.
Normally I like keeping details of a case on a need to know basis, but it seems with such attention on finding him it would be required to inform those seeking him of the circumstances.
The killer is Yagami Light, who was the killer "Kira" before he came to Ville de Lumiere. I was one of the detectives to try and stop Kira, that is until I died, and because of my death I understand that he is not an easy person to control. He murdered here in the City of Lights and I understand that most murderers here would be placed in a prison of some sort. This will not work with him for he is very crafty and he doesn't want to be in a prison. He wants to remain with me, under my constant supervision, and as long as this is permitted there will be no other murders as a result of him.
I plan to reform his thinking so his automatic reflex to anger isn't an urge to kill somebody and in order to keep him completely under my control he is handcuffed to me on a chain that will be long enough to not restrict his range of movement but short enough that he will never be out of my eyesight. We have done this once before and I find it to be effective enough for what I need to be doing. I assure you, he will not do anything as long as he has my attention and I will not release him from the chain until I am certain he is stable enough, and of course, this may be awhile.
If anybody would like to speak with him I will certainly allow you to do as such, as long as you don't mind my presence. I cannot promise any form of coorperation, but, all are welcome to try.
