Sorry for the flist rapage, but there is too much joy here to fit behind a cut!
I just got home from my second show of Adam's Glam Nation Tour! It was EVEN MORE amazing than the first one I went to! He was so ridiculously on point tonight, and he seemed way more into it and genuinely happy. He kept just breaking out in these dazzling, gorgeous smiles that left me a puddle on the ground. I didn't cry this time during Soaked! ......but came very close. >.> I was clinging to my mom the whole time he was singing it, just covering my mouth like ohmygodohmygooood is this real life?! My mom was totally dazzled by Adam too! You know how when there are slow songs in a concert, and there's always a quiet part where the crowd hushes, but one obnoxious person screams? Well that was my mom tonight during Aftermath. xD Now she understands why I love him so much.
I didn't bother taking my camera since I already got pictures from the first show I went to in June, (if you actually want to see stuff from tonight's show, there's great videos of almost the whole thing here) and I just wanted to experience and enjoy this show without having to worry about my camera. Totes the right choice. The whooooole entire time I was either a) Jumping, b) Screaming, c) Singing along, d) Covering my mouth in wonder because no way that heavenly voice was real, or e) Dancing like I've never danced before. You wanna see what me totally-going-for-it dancing looks like? Not little foot steps and arm waves like at school dances, but real DANCING LIKE A MOFO, just take me to an Adam Lambert concert. I will daaaaance until my feet get sore. Which they are right now, very! My throat too, omg. I will be hoarse tomorrow for sure. I'm going to the Wildwood beach for the day with my friend and I'm going to be like HACKHACKCOUGHWHEEZE the whole time.
SO IN A NUTSHELL, THE HATERS GONNA HATE, BUT ADAM IS THE BEST THERE IS.
Seeing him live trumps every concert I've ever been to. He is such an amazing, natural performer that he's simply spellbinding when he's right there in front of you. Seriously, I would bet anything that people who are iffy about or don't like him would leave his live show completely in love.
