Family Death
Okay well... I'd never gotten to say much about her, but my granny died today [June 22]. I don't know what she died of, there was a lot of things wrong with her. But, I must say.... she died in her sleep so it was peaceful. She had Alzheimer's so she was having a rough time with that. She was pretty bad off, not being able to get out of bed for the past 9 or 10 months. She had a lot of bed sores that we tried to take care of, but I really don't know what exactly killed her... All I know is that she's with her two sons, husband and momma. So she's somewhere better.
My mom's pretty good, I guess. Much better than I thought she would be, but still pretty bad. She's making the funeral arrangements tomorrow and the funeral should be Wednesday at the earliest. Um, we have our little cousins from Atlanta here and their momma's on her way, but we don't want her to take them away right now. We need them here, they offer support and keep our spirits up.
It was tough on everyone, but I thank God we have a good family and that they're here when we need them.
I'll write some more later, its helped to get this out so far. So...
