Because I'm lazy, I mostly lifted this directly from last year's rules.
Okay, so (and you can do this early and just lock your post until your day if that is easier) artists should create an art post on their journal for their art, and authors should create a master post on their journal for their story (and no, we don't care if you do it somewhere other than LJ as long as it is not locked and you can link it in with no issues). The master story post should include a link to the art post (so artists please email the link to your authors).
Here is an example of the general idea.
Once this is done the author needs to do their post into the Big Bang comm. Please use the header in the text box. You can use whatever header you want in your journal, but use this one here! Feel free to stick your art into the post (of a reasonable size though, massive banners create issues) and add things you feel necessary. If your story is gen you can leave out the "pairing" tag. Please post your story on your assigned day, we don't care when on that day. I know some of you are in places where you are significantly ahead or behind others timewise, we aren't a big enough comm that I am particularly concerned about those kind of details. If it's the right day where you live post away!
