(no subject)
A few things:
01. Go read The Observer Effect over at minerva_fest. RIGHT NOW. It's a spare, concise, taut, poetic, gorgeous piece of writing. Took my breath away. It's McGonagall/Snape, but... trust me, it's so so so so so much more than that. I want to be the author when I grow up. For srs. GO READ IT WHY ARE YOU STILL HERE?
02. I finished and submitted my drabbles for hp_halloween & sortinghatdrabs! Nothing else on my to-do list. Though I did sign up for hp_3somes, which is kind of exciting. That was a big ol' leap for me, considering I'm just sticking my toe back into things, but... the writing is coming back, and I've managed the little goals I set for myself, so why not leap in with both feet, right? Right. So. *takes a deep breath*
03. Today's training was long. And boring. And the presenter was mumbling and dry and made me want to stick a fork in my eye. Afterwards, I needed chocolate. But there is no Kate-friendly chocolate in this damn hotel, and just stupid little gas stations around that don't have any either, and... *throws a tantrum*
