Musicals and Drama. I am so pumped.
Well I made the musical this semester again. Last semester was beauty and the beast, this time around it is Kiss me Kate. Call backs are not done yet but I am chill with ensemble, I am already going to be pressed with the drama which I have call backs for on monday, we are performing an adaptation of the Odyssey by Zimmerman. Auditions were fun, there are not enough guys/girls so there is gender swapping roles and what not, I auditioned for a Siren, I got to use my feminine charms and the like. Well either way this means monday-thursday(and eventually friday) plus sunday is a 6-9 call at school for the musical/drama. And then saturdays I have a 3 hour musical work shop where at the end of our time we will be touring to schools in the area, of which are Mendham HS(so looking forward to that >_>) Black river I believe, (idk how we are fitting a set there) and mount olive, amongst other places. For a total of 16 shows. Hurray for my first experience touring :)
All in all, I am completely fucking booked until may5th(summer break starts~~) And I couldn't be more excited.
Also on a completely serious note, I found a piece of paper my sister wrote on, it read...
