whOo two days in a row! whats going on here? today was loaded with things to do. i had to finish making my brother's party/reception invitations, then had to go drop them off to get printed. i hope they turn out nice, blaah. once all that was done, i went, for the first time in my life, to get my eyes examined. you see, everytime i read or study hardcore, my head starts to hurt, so i fiiiigured that it was cuz my eyes are being retarded. and if you know meeh, i've been wanting glasses for a looong time. why? cuz i'm crazy like that. but the thing is, i never wanted fake glasses cuz i thought that was juss lame sauce. so now the opportunity of meeh actually NEEDiNG glasses made super excited. i'm such a geek, i know. but meh! well anywho, i go to the eye doctor and he tells meeh that my eyes dont focus well [which is why, i figured, i cant cross my eyes]. so in order to focus and relax my eyes, he needed to put these eyedrops in so he could further examine what was wrong with meeh and what i needed. those effing eyedrops temporarily impaired my vision so that i really juss cant see crap. well, i caaan, far away. but anything up close is juss horrible. my eyes are still pretty jacked up right now, and i reaaallly shouldnt be using the computer cuz i'm supposed to be resting them, buuut oh well. plus i'm using my mom's reading glasses right now, and they help SO much. anywhoo, my doctor told meeh that i need glasses and that i need to wear them anytime i read, write, go on the computer, study, or anything like that. picking out my glasses was suuuper exciting! i've always wanted black thick rimmed glasses, so, thats what i got. they dont come in for about a week or two. i was really hoping i'd have them by finals, but iono.
i also [finally] got a new digicam today. wHoO! juss in time for NY, and whatever else comes before that. its not the one that i've been wanting, but its still good. much smaller than my old one, thats for sure. so yess, its exciting. buuuut, i honestly think that i had a more exciting time picking out my glasses than out a new camera. crazy? maybe...
