Weird day....
So um...I woke up fine yesterday morning, if not a little grumpy, which is usual. By 10:30 I had a bit of a tummy ache. 11:30 couldn't move. Noon was in the ER. About 7 PM, was getting my appendix out! Crazy stuff, I tell ya. I'm pretty good now. I have a hole inside my belly button, which is weird, and I can't find the pics my doctor gave me, or I'd show you all :-(. But yeah, it's was crazy. Monterey has the most beautiful hospital ever. EVER. Filled with the most beautiful people. I swear, they hire eye candy for all the nurses. My transporter, Travis, was adorable haha! Oh, and my doctor (med student) ......woooo let me tell ya, I felt better the instant he walked in the room (that's an exaggeration, as I still had a swelly infecty appendix at this point. )
But yeah, I'm back in my room now, and I walk like an old lady haha. I should say shuffle. Just thought I'd let you all know about my weird couple days. Good stuff. Love ya all and miss you terribly! I'll show off my scars when I come home in a few weeks!
