I created a new community about weight loss! I know, I know there's a lot them on here, but I want to make this site packed with women who are searching to lose weight. It will be a place where women/men who needs support on achieve their fitness potential. I have been working out for many years and I love help others on taking a successful approach to finally taking control on building a healthy lifestyle. I'm not an expert, but I know a lot about the topic. And I want all of us to work together either to lose or maintain their weight.
I 'm a workout addict from September to June, but usually slow down my workouts in July and August (sometimes I gain) so I have things to learn as well... and hopefully my workout slow down a bit, but not stop all together.
