⚔ 2nd Battle [Voice]

Um, it seems like those evil chicken things are gone now! The statues are gone too. So I guess it's safe to go outside again. But if anyone sees another one running around, could they let me know?

Oh, right! If anything's broken I can fix it in a jiffy. I'm really good at fixing things. [Because brute strength = good at fixing stuff apparently.]

stuff is normal again, that was weird, welp

Because you want to try eating it, right? You definitely want to eat it.

That's not funny! I'm going to slay it, not eat it. Besides, you shouldn't make jokes about serious stuff like this.

Why not? It's not like it effected me at all.

Monsters like these aren't to be joked about. Besides, it wouldn't be funny if you were attacked by one of those chicken things later on.

But I don't have to worry about that because it's never going to happen.

How do you know?

'Cause I just do. Roosters can't even swim! I don't know how they think I'm gonna care about this stuff when these monsters are so stupid.

But these weren't roosters. They were, um, cockatrices or something like that! Besides, you can't swim away from everything.

They were undead monster roosters.

And no, I pretty much can. Worked pretty good so far.

They were cockatrices that could turn people into stone.

But what if you're on land. [AHA HE GOT YOU THERE B|]

I don't have to be on land, you know. I could spend the rest of my life underwater and be fine with it. [Not completely true, as he'd get bored as hell after a while.]

Well, they were dangerous either way.

Monsters are everywhere, you know. Not just on land. I've seen a couple of sea monsters before.

Well obviously. But so far there aren't any here. And I'm not even in the sea, I'm in the river, and river monsters are easy to get away from.

But--

[Okay. Fine.]

Still! You shouldn't act so smug about it. You can't run away from all monsters. Besides, it's cowardly to run.

Is it being cowardly, or is it being smart? I'm still alive, after all.

Ha! If you're always running and hiding you aren't living out your life! I'd rather die a heroic death than live a coward's life.
