A man calls in today, and he has a few concerns about his PS3 system now that he'd gotten it back from repair. It would seem that there was a disc inside his system he neglected to tell anybody about (Lego Batman), and he didn't receive the disc back. Now, Sony can retrieve discs stuck in consoles if they're told, and will sometimes search by default depending on the problem it comes in with, but this guy took it a step further; he didn't even complete the paperwork that came inside the box to even identify the system.
As I start beginning to explain that we have no documentation of a disc inside, and that everything was delayed an extra 2 WEEKS because he didn't follow directions, I hear another voice in the background (whom I believe to be his wife) yelling at him for a status update, about every 10 seconds or so. After going back and forth with him for a couple minutes, he finally whispers over the phone "Okay, you know what? I honestly couldn't care less about the game, the time it took, or anything like that...things happen, and its a $10 I can get another copy of, so I'm gonna have to sound angry for another minute, and you can pretend to be a manager, okay?"
So basically, his wife whipped him into making a big stink over something that was his own fault, and he was calling to get her off his back. The joys of marriage.
