i lost it all man..its so frustrating..
im like...less than 50% of what i used ot be..
sprints, UCLAS, liners, long distance, lunges, frog leaps
bredogs, back hand drives, full court clears
build up leg muscles, wrist muscles
PLAY IN EVERY TOURNAMENT AND PLAY SMART.
but..
motivation :P
i got this man..
my life is soon to be dominated by badminton again. :DDD
i miss those days :p
