One week?!?
Hey there ya'll! (yeah being back in Ohio is a detriment to me speaking, i know, lol) I can't believe that it's been just over a week since I got back. It seriously feels like I've been here for months.
This past weekend was great. Got to spend some time outside of Oxford on Friday which was nice. Satuday I finally got to witness half of Dan's debate round, which was interesting to say the least...they go REALLY FAST! After getting past the speed talking shock, it was really cool though. After that came work then out for a while that night. All in all a great day. Sunday I got up really early to go see Brian from home who was in town for the debate tournament and ended up sticking around from 8-1:30 and had a blast. Aside from getting to watch to very different and interesting debates, it was really nice to see someone from home. Miami is so in the freaking middle of nowhere no one ever gets down here. After that was work, followed by collapsing, hehe. Monday was a work day with a lot of smile worthy moments mixed in :)
I'm hoping to get the Carribean pictures up some time soon, so check for those soon if you're interested. For now it's back to my polisci paper and further thought on what I'm gonna write my French thesis on!
