The flat is cooling
Sam's girlfriend has finished uni at waikato and found a job in auckland, so they are looking at finding a place to live together.
Nick and Dee have been pretty meh on this flat for a long time now, and as a result are treating Sam's (likely) moving out as a catalyst to moving on too.
That leaves me
