So don't say, "These currents are still killing me"

Well, just finished my third book in a week. I have a life. I go to classes. I do shit. And I read three books in a fucking week. I'm so proud, it's been a really long time since I've actually dropped other priorities to just chill and get lost in a book. I read Our Girl in Washington and it was thoroughly enjoyable. Sort of a mix of Dan Brown and chick lit, which, as crazy as it sounds, turned out well.

Best quote in the entire book, in my opinion: "An orchestra was swelling to Count Basie, but no one was dancing. It was such a waste of good music." I'm like all into this adventurous story and then the narrator says this from out of nowhere and you KNOW I was singing One O'Clock Jump to myself. Not that April in Paris isn't a wonderful song, it's just One O'Clock...it's classic. Anyways. It's a jazz thing, you might not understand. : )

Yo. I'm such a sucker for coincidences. Honestly. I connect everything in my mind, instantly, it seems. It's cool though, it makes me remember more. And I like remembering things.

But yeah. Life is good. I have dozens of things to do so I probably shouldn't start telling any long stories but yeah. Life is good. I repeat myself, still, but yeah. Life is good.

I have dozens of things to do so I had better go and get on them. Here's to a lovely night for all of us. : ) Making progress every day. Fucking Verizon. Love.

YEAH, LOVE. HAGO, love.

& I'm grateful for:
* Words! I love words. Books and articles and worksheets and directions and lyrics and words of all shapes and sizes and connotations and denotations and etc!
* Exclamation points! Living my life with as many exclamation points as possible!
* Making people laugh! ahahahaa with my frequent and often unexpected exclamation points!
* People!
* You!
