so how about a good couple of weeks eh? wut with TROUPE 5628 completely sweeping disctrict and finding out we're going to STATE!!! visiting gainseville and my bro. RYLA meetings. LOST marathons. FINALLY getting into college. and TONNNSS more, not even the shitty talks from crazy teachers and exasperated days at school can keep me down.
i know most of you dont know much about theatre life- but lemme tell you, i think it is one of the most fulfilling things ive EVER particpated in. last weekend at disctrict- the amount of talent and inspiration and enthusiasm present there. i was just in awe at the caliber of talent that kids OUR AGE could perform that well. the people were fabulous also i just cannot help myself. i SO wish that i could just go to school with ALL of them bc they have it made with their programs and just their people. they have it all. and this past weekend, i dont know, i was just completely proud to be a part of theatre and drama and thepsians and this amazing life of mine.
things are going SO well for some (yayy! and you DONT know HOW happy that makes me.)
and for others not so much but this is OUR time.
OUR time to make the most of everything and goddamnit, im going to seize it.
