Her registered name is 'Ask Me Why'. She is a registered AQHA mare, but daddy's mom is full QH. From what I know about AQHA, her lines are decent. Names I recognize at least, Dash For Cash and Easy Jet. She is absolutely huge for a QH, Almost 17hh. She just turned eight so its not like she is an old lady. Her youngest daughter will be starting on the track in the spring, I saw her too. She is bigger than Amos was at 2 1/2.

She'll be coming up around Feb/March and I'm confident that after 30-60 days of work, she is going to be very prepared for starting O/F. I think this is the closest I will come to a WB when I have a QH budget. She is used to being bred though so one downfall she has is that she LOVES to flirt.

Amos is long gone... Who knows where...
Roma is now owned by... no joke... a long lost cousin, who is sixteen and gay as fuck.

Oops. Here she is again

She isnt the most lovely girl ever but I think some love and elbrow grease could do wonders. After all, she has been in a pasture doing nothing but birthing and raising babies for five years.

and her yearling filly "Cause I Know Jack"

I'm pleased to see she has decent legs and feet, not the halter-horse twiggies. But I guess the racing lines have more TB infusion? She does look more like a TB than a QH. Overall she looks like a solid, sweet girl. Should be fun. ^_^ I think eight is a great age to get the ex-racers, too -- old enough to be grown and past the baby sillies, but still young enough for a decent run in a new career.

Too funny about Roma. Sad about Amos, though, hopefully he ended up being spoiled rotten somewhere. ;P
