Tempus Fugit

10 Years ago today, a tragic event occured that changed the path my life was to take. I lost a friend and colleague, a man whom I shall never forget until the day I die, but I gained so much more afterwards. Nearly 9 months later, I would have an interview up at Didcot, & land the job on the day, causing me to change my career entirely and move away from my parents' house into my own place. This allowed my relationship with Utlah to bloom much better than I feel it would have had I still been lodging with my parents, and it also introduced me to new friends, some of whom I am proud to call my closest friends today.

With loss and regret, there *can* be a silver lining to those stormclouds. You won't always see it, but every now and then you'll catch a glimpse, and it's enough to make you think that things aren't all that bad.

Thankyou for being my friend and colleague, Anthony. I live my life now looking for the positives in things in your memory.
