Upping the ante

So, before christmas I was aiming for 50 push ups per day. That went pretty well.

Several days this month, I've pushed out 60 in the morning, even managing 3 sets of 20!

Now I'm even doing some in the evenings as well, to try and up the daily quota. Yesterday was 60 morning, 40 evening giving me a grand total of 100.

Today was 60/50.

Wonder if I can manage 120 tomorrow? :D

Edit: I did! :D and that was after upping my dumbbell workout weights too :P
