actually i rather think you would love to see me pissed off. it takes alot and you havent done it. not quite (i've learned well from a superb teacher; he many times pissed me off quite easily and i tended to learn from that)

yes, i am a lazy bum. so you would rather just give a link. well you actually copy&pasted it. very good, you're learning the art of argument which i indulge in, quite frankly.

here are some of your so-called contradictions of the Bible:
God good to all, or just a few?
PSA 145:9 The LORD is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works.

JER 13:14 And I will dash them one against another, even the fathers and the sons together, saith the LORD: I will not pity, nor spare, nor have mercy, but destroy them.
--Psalms is not taken out of context, and is very hard to do so, but now the passage form Jeremiah is. Did you know, that for 1, Jeremiah is part of the Old Testament, and God was much less forgiving then, for he had not yet sent jesus, his son, to save us from our own sins yet. also, this passage is talking about wineskins. (yes i carry a Bible in my backpack)
The people were taking wineskins and were indulging in drunkenness which is indeed a sin shown clearly in the Bible (Galations 5:21) and in the Old testament, or the Torah which the Jews had at the time.

War or Peace?
EXO 15:3 The LORD is a man of war: the LORD is his name.

ROM 15:33 Now the God of peace be with you all. Amen.

ah, FYI once again: Exodus is the 2nd book in the entire Bible (meaning, yes indeed, in the Old Testament) and Romans is in the New testament. This is what I am saying. God decided that He did not like being a strict God and that He would deal with people's sins when they died, so he sent Jesus. He also decided to give us another chance. We should be grateful of this. Now, you also must know that the Old Testament and the New Testament are also written at very different times. things change, people evolve, society evolves. this is what happened. People used to fear God and that is why He was called a man of war. but jesus showed everyone that He is actually a God of peace and mercy.

The shape of the earth
ISA 40:22 It is he that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in:

MAT 4:8 Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;

as i suspected. from the Old testament. now, like i said before, historical context. yes, this is indeed the word of God but! written by humans who are not in any sense perfect. you may interpret it as tyou wish, but here's something to chew on: my God is perfect. He is the Almighty. Now, can the Almighty not (if he indeed is almighty) see everything from his threshold? Since he can do what he pleases, can he not see all the earth sitting in one place? You nor I can, because indeed as you and I know the earth is round, but God is all knowing-all seeing. How are we to judge how he does it? for crying out loud, we see things, many things at one time while being in a totally different place. could he not, infact project to himself the other side of the world if he so wished? or could he not have an Angel posted if hw so pleased? now i am not saying this is what he does, because I am a mere human and I cannot even fathom how He does the great works that He does.

and as for the Matthew passage, This is how that one is explained. All the people back then (that were civilized ot an extent and KNEW about each other) were in the East. The Roman Empire, if I remember my history right. Now, this is what that passage means: The Devil took Jesus up onto a mountain top and showed him the world as the world knew it then. This means that he showed him Jerusalem and Rome etc. It also says a very high mountain, and from a very high mountain, i figure you can see Jerusalem and Rome and such places even as little specks. The world was quite small back then. Remember, we did not yet know of the Americas and such places.

again "Do not judge others, for they should have judged you first." i am as good a friend as i can be. also, these people on my friends list which i have deleted are by no means friends anymore. is it not the definition that friends are good to each other and care about each other? then how can they be friends if they do not care for me as i once cared for them? i am tired of being jostled around so therefore they are no longer friends of mine.

and again you bring it up when i most clearly stated it before. this is my journal. i may post what i want. why should i humble myself and hide my opinions? especially as outspoken as i am, i think not.

and lastly, i am human. every human greives even if for stupid childish reasons. i admit i am childish at times. i am also a teenager. i am by nature rebellious and self-centered. so yes, i am entitled to wallow in self-pity at times. i just try harder than others not to do it SO often.
