Today...
I went to school on the bus. It was okay, but I've thought of a much easier route, so I'll do that tomorrow. I saw all my friends when I got to school and we all piled into the 'cafetorium' for an all school meeting. Then we went to coor and talked for a bit and introduced ourselves to the new freshies :3
Then we had another all-school meeting, and the bilingual school's principal talked to us to try to explain how it feels to be in America without knowing any English. Then he said he'd be glad to have some of us tutor. Oh hell yes. Community service, here I come. So now I'm determined to learn some Chinese. Really.
Anyways, for my workshop I chose Cohousing with SBOC and Locker Committee. This means I'm basically wrapped into 4 committees and I have to take 4 classes a day. That's a handful. But I'm trying to pick mostly fun classes that give me the credits I need to graduate. Yay.
You know what's really odd? I heard that the bilingual program was mostly African kids, but it's actually more than 60% Chinese. Which is so cool, because I have a feeling I'd be better at that. :DDD
