Had an excellent 10k run tonight, much better than the run last night. It was about 10 degrees cooler and much less humid, as well as lightly raining when I started. I ended up doing the course in about 50 minutes. I didn't keep exact track of pace, but that's about right.

I did start to cramp up again, but just continued to run through and do some visualization/relaxation exercises (another benefit of martial arts training). I got through the cramp about 2.5 miles in, took a quick (10 second) break at 3 miles to give it a quick massage, and then set off.

Tomorrow I have that podiatrist appointment at 8:30 in the mornin, so I'm headed to bed.
