Summary: Yesung is an aspiring surgeon that separates his family from the rest of his life, intent on protecting his family from all wrongs he'd managed. He kept them divided pretty well until his cousin, Kyuhyun, moves in with them and involves himself in both of Yesung's worlds. There's a cost for every cause; now Kyuhyun and Yesung will both have to repay an unwanted debt.
