My grandma passed away earlier today. The date is 11-11-11, she died at 12:40 PM, at the time I was sitting in class taking a geography test furiously writing down answers to questions such as: Why does it rain?
She's had cancer for some years so it was for the best really. I don't feel much as of yet, it will probably hit me later. My dad came home from the hospital a moment ago. He was devastated, and relieved. His eyes were really red, I hugged him and he hugged me, he hugged my brother, he hugged mom, he hugged me again and he started crying. Seeing him like that made me a lot more sad than the fact that my grandma just died.
I'm pretty sure grandma is sitting in heavens waiting room watching tennis, waiting for her turn to be reincarnated. She really loved tennis a lot. I bet there are Wimbledon tournaments to watch up there everyday.
