Chapter 3: Hyukjae’s Past
“I can’t live anymore! I want to die!” he said while standing on the edge of the rooftop. He decided to jump. *jumps* he was about to jump when a pair of strong arms pulled him to the ground. “Yah! Lee Hyukjae what do you think you are doing?! Commit Suicide! It’s not the end of the world for heaven’s sake! Wake up!” Leeteuk shouted at Hyukjae. After that, he gave me a long lecture but my mind was not focus on him. I was staring at the ground thinking of what happened earlier. “Yah! Are you even listening to my Angel?” Kang-in shouted at mepulling me up from the ground. Hyukjae look at the two of them with tears falling from his eyes. Leeteuk hug Hyukjae giving comfort to the younger, Kangin just stand at the side watching the two of them. “Hyukkie, listen to me. Even though he doesn’t love you, it’s not the end of the world. You have us, your family and friends. We love you Hyukjae always remember that we’re always here for you.” Leeteuk said hugging me tight. It makes Hyukjae’s heart hurt even more of what Leeteuk said to him. “Hyung, I really can’t do it. It hurt so much. It’s like what happened in my past hyung. I really can’t take it anymore.” Hyukjae said crying harder on Leeteuk’s shoulder. Leeteuk didn’t know what to do so he just let Hyukjae calm down and went home.
♥At Donghae’s House♥
“Hae baby, what’s the problem. Your face looked so distracted.” Kibum asked hugging him. Donghae just shake his head and hugged him. There was a moment of silence until Donghae spoke up. “It’s my best friend Hyukkie, he just confessed to me. I just said that I hve a boyfriend already and that is you. He cried Bummie and I just felt guilty.” Donghae cried on Kibum’s shoulder. “Shhhhh…Baby it’s alright. It’s not your fault. C’mon let’s sleep.” Kibum said and Dnghae just nodded and they went to their bedroom and sleep.
♥At Hyukjae’s Bedroom♥
Hyukjae was crying he can’t take anymore rejection. He just wants to be loved but the person he loves can’t love him back. He started to remember about his first love, first confession and first rejection.
♥Flashback♥
He entered the café feeling nervous. He is waiting for the girl he loves most. “Eunhyukkie” someone shouted my name. I trun around and saw her calling me. “Hi” I said. “So, what’s the matter?” she asked. “I want to say that I love you. From the first time I saw you.” Hyukjae said. She was shocked to hear that from Hyukjae. Yes, she has grown feelings for him but she just can’t accept him because of her secret. “I can’t accept your feelings Hyukkie. I’m so sorry.” She said tears threatening to fall from her eyes. “No, I know you love me, you love me” Hyukjae said falling to the ground crying. “Hyukkie I just treat you as my younger brother and nothing more. Sorry if I let you misunderstood.” She said running outside the café tears falling from her cheeks. “Hyukjae I’m sorry it really hurts me to see you crying but I can’t see you suffer anymore if I accept you and you will know about my secret.” She thought running away. “No you can’t leave me. I Love You.” Hyukjae thought crying hard and begging for her to come back even though he knew she’s already gone. ♥End of Falshback♥
Hyukjae didn’t realize that he has cried so much remembering the past. He decided to sleep and just let it go and just get ready to school.
♥Next Morning at School♥
♥Hyukjae’s POV♥
“Ughhh…my eyes hurt fro crying last night.” I thought while walking to my classroom. I saw Donghae sitting on his chair. I just ignore him and sat on my chair next to him.”I still have 20 minutes before class starts” I thought in my head and decided to sleep. The teacher arrived and Sungmin wake me up from my sleep. I groaned and rubbed my eyes. “Class we have a new student. Please welcome Kim Hyohyeon. Please introduce yourself.” I was shocked when the teacher announced the name of the new student. “Hi everyone. I’m Kim Hyohyeon. Please take care of me.” Hyohyeon introduced herself. I felt myself sinking in my chair. I still can’t face her but I need to be strong. I slammed my fist on my table. “What are you doing in here?” I shouted at her. Everyone have their eyes on me and her. She looked at me and smirked. “Why? Can’t I finish my studies in this school?” Hyoyeon asked. I really can’t take it anymore. So I drag her outside of the room to the rooftop. Everyone was shocked but just ignored it.

Donghae was speechless seeing Hyukjae’s outburst at the new student and drag her out. “What’s their relationship” Donghae thought.
