It all fucking sucks, and now I understand why most people don't like cops. I still like them...just not certain ones.
Okay, here is the story:
Last night I was taking Bryce home, and I went the usual way, not even thinking about it...and they happened to be doing a manditory road side safety check. So I pulled to the officer that they told me to, and he asked for my license and insurance card. So I gave him my license, and was looking for my insurance card. The only ones I was finding were old ones, but I knew that there was a recent one in there somewhere. So he asked me to pull to the side to find it so that he could keep the line moving. So I pulled over and I found it like a minute or two later. So I am sitting there waiting for him, and he has my license. Well about 15 mins later he comes back and I show him the card. He says, "Oh, you found one. Well you should have gotten out and brought it to me." And hands me a Fucking ticket for having an uninsured vehicle! WTF! So I got my license taken away and my mom is going to the court house today to get it all sorted out. Hopefuly I will have my license backby the end of the night. OMG that made me so mad though. I mean he told me that I should have brought it to him...but here ar two problems with that:
1) Never exit the vehicle in this sort of situation
2) Never approach an officer or his vehicle
I mean come on, that is common sence. Another thing is is that he could have ripped up the ticket. I had a fucking up to date insurance card on me!!! Just because it took 5 extra minutes to find it is no bull shit reason lto give me a ticket.
Ugh, I need to just stop talking about it. Sorry for the ranting.
