Friggin payroll...
So Mike, I hope you're paying attention to this one because since you now work in payroll, I blame yo for this. Well, not really, but still.
So anyhow, like most companies, I get paid every two weeks. Our timesheets are due monday, and usually by Friday or Saturday, Monday at the latest, I have my check. So Monday of last week rolls around, a full week since I sent in my time sheets and there is no check. So I'm like okay, if it dones't come tomorrow I'm gonna call. It didn't, but I was so busy that I forgot. It totally slipped my mind until Thursday, when I called. They were like, oops, it took longer than usual to send out, we only sent them out this Wednesday (a week late). So whatever, I wait. It is now Tuesday. I still have no check. They finally decided to cut me a new check today. Stupid payroll people. I mean really, how hard is it to mail me a check every two weeks?
