The university system that we know of here doesn't exist in my world. [A pause here.] But there are some similarities. There was a single institution in the city of Aspio that could have qualified as 'higher education', if even, but it was mainly dedicated to the study of blastia and related topics. Smaller educational institutions were scattered in the cities, but higher education wasn't exactly available to anyone who wasn't a mage, or who didn't live like a prince. Let's just say the focus was far different than the universities seem to sport here.
The question I want to pose is this.
Who amongst you people are actually considering enrolling in an educational institution? Both elementary and higher educations apply. If you are, why are you making this decision? And if you aren't, then why aren't you?
[Another pause.]
People whose reply to the second question is 'I've already learned everything I need to learn' need not apply, since that's my opinion. I'm not looking for rejoinders.
