why I love the Philippines! Here this constitutes cruel and unusual punishment... there... it's exercise!

Its not too hard. Take a step forward, do whatever the guy in front of you just did, And the people in the front usually know what to do. But still, thats not bad for a bunch of convicts. Pretty sure thats a minimum-security prison, though. I doubt murderers and rapists are going to use an army-sized gathering to do the algorithm march xD

And you can be totally sure that this world record is going to stand forever. I mean, where else are you going to find 962 other people who actually WANT to do something like this? This is the kind of thing you can only do with prisoner-type people.

And thank you for killing what was left of my brain. It was just taking up space anyway.

i wasn't aware there was such a thing as a minimum security prison. is that where they just let the prisoners go?

Well, think about it. Do you really think someone who's in for, say, drug possession, would be in the same prison as mass-murderers and sociopaths? Containing a bunch of people with life sentences, nothing to lose and no problems with killing you tends to require more security xD In a maximum-security prison, they would never be allowed to have that many people outside at once. Maybe 10-15, max.

i was just making fun of your word choice, because you said *minimum security* instead of *low security*
and technicaly you wouldn't go to prison for drug possesion, you would go to jail.

oh, right xD but you're wrong! NO security prison is where they let the prisoners go. Minimum security has a retired, fat mall security guard armed with a flashlight to thwack people soundly xD and I'm pretty sure it depends on the amount of drugs, and whether there was intent to traffic/smuggle/produce or not.

Actually, if memory serves me correctly, in many parts of Asia drug possession is a death penalty offence.
