Brainstorming.. and storming brains
Man, in the past week, I've had 2 migraines.
I have a feeling they're linked to this senbei I bought recently at the Okinawan Festival... both days I ate them, I was out of commission for most of the evening. X_X;
So last night, I had a "moment" if you will:

Long story short: In 5th grade, I had the opportunity to buy one comic book at Jelly's: Viz's first compilation of Nausicaa of the Valley of Wind or Stan Sakai's Usagi Yojimbo Vol. 1. Both were about the same price and I was drawn to both covers and book descriptions. I ended up buying Nausicaa and thus started my love-affair with manga and was a very early influence on my art.
Flash forward 20 years (or so). I purchased beat up copies of Usagi Yojimbo from the Friends of the Library Book Sale for cheap. I put them on the side to read later and forgot about them until last night. During my migraine attack, I picked up Volume 1 and started reading.
I proceeded to read Volume 1, 7, and 11. (Out of order, since 11 was titled "Seasons" and had no idea where it was supposed to fall in the series. ^^;)
Now I wonder if I had read UY from the very beginning, where would I be today?
