I can't believe it's October already, wow the days go by fast! XD

Anyway, I think I'm finally back to my happy, cheery self once more. I still emo a little sometimes, although lately it's been because I feel like I'm spreading myself too thin. School and work are back in full swing, and I am really BUSY. This quarter I'm devoting myself to my studies more than the previous year, and since I want to squeeze in art and possibly writing into the mix I've decided not to be on IM every night. But, I feel guilty sometimes because I want to give attention to ALL of my friends, and I hope no one feels neglected. >.<

Speaking of art, for the first time in my life I feel like I'm doing /well/ with it. I really LOVE needle felting, and each time I work on something new to improve. I have a goal in mind of a grand piece I want to do someday, and each project I do now is a step towards that idea. Since I've used an armature already and gotten used to that, my next step may be either an anthro of some sort or a more complicated four-legged critter, more likely the latter. I'm also drawing again, and for the first time I can draw without feeling horrible about it. Each time I improve, and I feel like I may actually be good at it someday! Who knows. XD

The most exciting new thing on the art frontier is that I FINALLY got an airbrush! XD Thanks to some generous birthday gifts from family and friends, I've been able to buy an airbrush kit from eBay and a TON of paints. The airbrush kit I have been very pleased with, because it was a sheer bargain! Normally you have to buy an airbrush and a compressor seperately, and it usually costs around $300 or more. I bought BOTH of these for around $80 with shipping, and they work BEAUTIFULLY so far. I've tried it on paper and fake fur, and it does a great job. I can't wait to use it for making plushies and costume stuff, possibly with needle felting too, I'll have to see how that goes.

I have SO MANY projects I want to work on! This is an exciting time, and you'll get to see more of my work! X3
