Yeah.. work, is hectic.
We have X workers, and approximately X times 3 thousand customers.. granted it's a phone service desk.. but.. omg lol
My position in the company has become more of a training new workers and handling rabid callers kinda jig, which isn't bad.
I work with two thers furs, though i'll not say their names for the sake of keeping things simple =D Most of my friends probably know who they are anyways, because they talk with the two said furs anyways. Another position should be coming rather soon... and i'll see what i can do with getting another person hired.
I have to be more careful though, in how i act.. i have to keep composure and act serious, which means i'm not exactly as fun as i might be at a meet, or in private, etc >.> I don't wanna come off as a jerk, but I have to push to train and excel at doing so... it's a tough balance between being friends and being a coworker, and i can't seem to give preferential treatment.. but it's kinda hard not to sometimes just because the people are actually easy to get along with. My friends are very technically minded..but with how much work we have, i can't really chat with them during the workday, so it kinda sucks... meh, life goes on!
The other big thing on my mind, is that I think i'm going to go back into my art, and take a serious stab.. i've got a new friend that is encouraging me to go back into some artistic endeavours, and should they go well.. i might branch out, and think about trying to take commissions again. I have gone through another year-long art freeze. It's time to thaw them fingers an get crackin!
Either way, clay working will help strengthen my hands and make my hands ready for more shoulder/footpaw rubbings for those that need =D
