Well, It's Official!
I am now officially the lowest payed person in my office!
One of the guys I work with has been promoted to the position I applied for.
After a quick check around the office, I can confirm with great confidence that I make less than anyone else here, barring the casual staff that work one or two days a week at the stockyard.
I have over five years experience with this company, and yet I make less than someone unpacking boxes at a supermarket, or someone who just starts out with the company.
I really need to get some back bone and find a new damn job!
If not, I've got no idea how much longer I'm going to be able to sustain continued activity.
