I've been looking over piles of old gaming notes the last couple of weeks as I try and sort out some sort of space in the house, when I came across an A4 Paper box filled with material for Colonel Conrad Lancaster.
As I leafed through things ranging from notes reminding myself to make spell and sanity rolls, donations and purchases (including life insurance policies for the other characters), and the quotes from various sessions, I waxed nostalgic.
About the same time, I started checking things out here again, and discovered that the campaign Lancaster appeared in is winding up, with the GM and associated characters moving on to 'Masks of Nyarlathotep'.
What was really impressive however, was the collation and presentation of what is the most famous character of the entire campaign, Mr Patrick "Paddy" McGinty, by the GM.
This One Hundred And Eleven Page Tome would probably require sanity rolls and reveal several mysteries of the Mythos to unsuspecting readers.
So I got to thinking, I have all these notes, and I really liked the character, why not do something similar.
So I am.
In the meantime though, I'll be doing some voice over work for the 'Masks of Nyarlathotep' sessions, and I'm seriously considering bringing Lancaster back again, GM permitting of course.
See You Soon...
