How exactly did I miss this?
Sanctuary is an awesome program about a group of people investigating and helping (and sometimes hunting) Abnormals, otherwise known as Supernatural creatures.
It's "low budget", but the story is fantastic. Makes very interesting use of Green Screen, certainly better than Mutant Chronicles.
Plus, it's got a solid cast that lend credibility to the characters, like Amanda Tapping (of Stargate fame) who plays Dr. Helen Magnus, a 157-year-old English scientist who is a member of a group of experimental scientists known as "The Five", which also includes Nikola Tesla, Nigel Griffin, Dr. James Watson, and John Druitt.
Plus, a couple of the promo images (which never actually appears in the show) uses big chunks of the Perth skyline.
