(no subject)
Nothing of actual note to post really. I have a killer cold and feel like I go runover. Everything hurts. I've been lazy all weekend and havn't done much of anything. Except on Friday night I made 127 wedding favours before I ran out of chocolate rocks, which sucks. I have 23 left to make, and i'm hoping and praying that they still have some of them left, they seem to be a seasonal type of candy. I swear if they don't have any i'll flip out lol.
I was sitting watching TV yesterday morning and all of a sudden it hits me...The wedding is less than 5 months away. I had a mini freak out and called Kris. We have no money at all. We had a bit in the wedding account which is now spent on material, paper for invitations and programs and deposits. It was funny becasue later that night Krista calls me saying the same thing, that it's 5 months till the wedding lol. I love her, she's the only and the best person I could have for my Maid Of Honour. She sent me a 2 week spread sheet/time line about what has to be done when, it was fantastic!
Kris comes home next weekend, then the weekend after that will be spent in Miramichi doing wedding things. We have so much to do and it's even harder when he' not here. We need to order our cake with his mother, order our flowers, double check with the catering, make sure we have chairs for the service, decide who/if we are going to have someone come in to decorate, get the rest of the bridemaids measured, bring the brown material home she she can start making the dresses. I also need to find the material for Krista's dress, which is going to be hard according to the bitch at fabricville. And Kris and I need to meet with the lay chaplin from the Unitarian Church and start working on the actual ceremony so we can get the wording ready to get the programs started.. ACK!
