I saw Amanda's mom today. I stopped by her office to pick up some paper work (receipts/description, etc) for the ring I bought Amanda back in July. I'm going to try to sell it on ebay, so I have to all the info so I can actual make it look like it's worth buying (if any one is interested, let me know). Any way, like always, it was great to chat with her. She truly is an amazing woman. She seemed kind of down and out, I hope everything is alright. She deserves the best because, well, she puts up with a lot.
It seems that the days keep getting better. My friends and I can have so much fun doing the most simple things. We really are so easily pleased. We don't need to be out at a party every weekend, getting drunk or surrounded by tons of people to have fun, we find the fun in anything. Tonight we all went out to dinner and then headed down to borders to get some coffee, look at some books and meet up with cassie and her friend. I ended up buying (or odering/putting on hold) seven new books, all of which I am extremely excited for. I have such a new passion for reading and learning. I could spend every day at borders just sipping coffee and reading. There's so much knowledge out there to gain. It's nice to have a new hobby/passion. Any way, after a few hours there we came home, listened to music, played some games, received/gave some back rubs and just enjoyed the simple things in the night, as always. Another great night.
Well, I should probably get some sleep since we're all meeting in the morning for breakfast.... and that's not too far away.
