New Japanese tenant moving in upstairs. Irony has it he is a researcher in immunology working at the IRCM (Institu de Recherche Clinique de Montréal)... If we get lucky, we'll get along quite well and isangma will be able to exchange notes with this dude. The two kids (1 and 3) and wife will be arriving in June.
