That stated, their heads are firmly on their shoulders, they're neither squeamish nor prissy when it comes to needful work and their mouths aren't too mouthy when it comes to What Actually Needs Doing, as opposed to What Someone Tells 'Em To Do Cos The Teller's Wearing a Pointy Hat ... that would more likely get one told to "Get Bent" at the complete politest.
You do cos you care and the folks in question know you're like Switzerland, or ents or something, not fully on anyone's 'side' cos no one's truly on yours.
And you're good at it.
The folks, as I see it, who're drawn to Cambodia are not the folks who 'thought it would be cool to declare themselves Star Crystal Elf Princesses one morning and talk extensively about their true forms off in some astral half-life' but are here-and-now, take it like ya see it, you.
As flaky as you might feel, you're grounded in a healthily sane reality, admitting you might be completely full of shit.
This is sane, and keeps sins of hubris and utter nuttery from blindsiding you quite so easily.
It also allows you to blow through other's bullshit, as your Spidey Senses in these cases are rather danged strong.
Easy for me to say from way down here when I've only in-person witnessed the interaction on one weekend two years ago, but I've been around net.kin for a long time and have played in some alternaweenie playgrounds as well.
