JK Rowling's NYC reading
Some of you might recall me asking you to fill out a form to see JK Rowling at Carnegie Hall: http://www.scholastic.com/harrypotter/events/sweepstakes.htm
Well, lo and behold, my roommate Zara WON!!!! We're going to spend the day in the city, attend JK Rowling's reading, participate in the question/answer, get a free copy of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, and her autograph!!! Yaaaaaay!!! I can't describe how incredibly excited I am for this!!
We'll see about pictures. Since it's Carnegie Hall, there are no cameras allowed. :( We'll see.
We might meet up with some Harry Potter fans from Mugglenet.com during the day, which would be TOTALLY awesome. Plans are also in the making for just hanging out with Harry Potter fans all that weekend too. Might be interesting.
