Greggs pasties
To be honest, not a hell of a lot happened today so there's not a lot to write about. There were a couple of highlights firstly that I got my new chequebook with my married name on it, which was pretty cool. :) I don't know, it somehow makes it even more official. I will have to remember to stop signing my maiden name now for sure.
The other thing was that I finished my cute wolves cross stitch picture that I've been working on since February or something like that. It looks great, but once it's framed it will be fantastic. I just need to wash it a little and iron it (yes, I will have to actually use an iron for once, but it will be brief).
Finally, there was a lunch highlight of a Greggs corned beef pasty. I know certainly people who will be reading this who will be either jealous or know what I am talking about here. These pasties just plain rock. I still marvel at the fact that from a very young age until my teens, one of the staple foods on a Saturday teatime at my grandparents was some warmed pasties. After years of this, every Saturday, I didn't realise until my 20s that they were twice the size I thought, all this time I had been cheated, because my grandparents always cut them in half! Anyway, it was great to have that.
Apart from that, it was pretty boring.
