As proof that rabbits are indeed the most 'in the mood' creatures alive
Mommy gave birth to another litter last October 6th, precisely one (read: EXACTLY one; as in, the first litter was born September 6th) month after her first litter. This time, there were 8 itty bitty rabbit-lets.
And, just this morning, one of them died to be followed by two more of his/her siblings just now. :(
I don't know how it happened, but I think Mommy has stopped feeding them. :( Maybe she's tired. Or maybe it's because I recently gave away four of her first batch babies and now she's thinking, 'what's the point?' (ugh, how emo)
I hated the way their cold bodies felt on my hands. :-|
Fight to live, little rabbits! The rain will stop soon, and maybe Mommy will start feeding you again! :o
