I've been busy this Christmas break. The Lantern parade, the oblation run and eating out at Tiendesitas were some of the things that kept me busy. Jopee got me the new Urbandub album for the kris kringle and Dennis liked what I got him so I guess everything turned out fine. Then Ecosoc went caroling at our house. They arrived late because of the traffic. They arrived at our house at around one in the morning. They even had a hard time finding the house. It was fun having them around.
I woke up on friday with a hell of a toothache and plans to play counterstrike. Turns out people woke up late so it was just me, Baki, Jasper and Micoi who played Counterstrike. I received a text from Carissa that she was at Seattle's Best already... so I played some more CS. I then received a text from Sofia that she was also at Seattle's that I decided to go there. We waited for Norbie and the twins. It turns out that the twins had a hard time finding a taxi so we just went to Tierra Pura and had lunch at this coffee shop. Lots of Maki and chocolate cake :) We hung out at their house and watched Season 2 of House. Norbie then dragged me of to the MEA Christmas Party. We drove around Quezon Avenue looking for the caterer and brought the food to Northeast Greenhills for the party. I saw a lot of familiar faces and some cool presentations. I even got included in their batch pictures.
After the party, Norbz and I, as well as some MEA people went drinking somewhere in Julia Vargas. I couldn't drink anything since I was popping painkillers from my toothache. It turns out that aspirin and alcohol don't mix (according to Rio... and I don't want to second guess any pre-med student who knows better than me, haha) so I just sat there and swapped stories with some Ateneo people.
I had to climb over the gate to get inside the house. Solid.
Woke up the next day and took some more painkillers. I didn't want to go to Greenhills so I slept until around ten. Bummed around and played some PS 2 and watched some TV. When they came home, they had a PSP for me.
Talk about surprises.
It looks like I have almost everything I want for Christmas.

counterstrike,
parties
