Cold December Mornings
Yesterday was a great day, I don't know why. I woke up feeling good about everything. At around five in the morning I woke up to bring my lola to the bus station. I came home at around six-thirtyish so I played PS 2 until it was time to leave for the Applicants OrSem for Ecosoc.
I arrived at around nine in the tambayan, still feeling hyper and all that. We 'practiced' for our presentation for a bit. The Acad-Sports Committee presentation was fun, but the Sports Movie was a hit with the members and applicants. I wish somebody would upload it to the ecosoc multiply. The new SEXcomm (which used to be sports-externals, now SPEV-externals) won first place with their raunchy performance. Our presentation won second place, which led to a round of "GO SPORTSSSSS" and "FOR RJ HUANGGG."
We headed off to filinvest (while scraping Ace's car near McDo Ever Gotesco) for some basketball. We played around four hours of basketball. It was great. Everybody ran on almost every posession. I had offensice rebounds and garbage buckets galore after a slow start. I had steals too. During the short breaks in between games, we talked for a bit. Some boy-bonding time. Enteng's family jewels had a run in with my shoulder blades when he tried to go for a layup and I tried to take a charge. This just shows how high he jumps.
I went to MOA afterwards with the family. We went to the technological park thingy. Had some pretty cool stuff in it, but it's really not worth the price they charge. It was still fun since Earl was there. We got to play with some remote controlled bump cars and a flight simulator thingy. We went home at around 11. Slept soundly all the way home.
Sweet Jesus, I'm loving the weather right now. Cold December days are perfect for anything you want to do. I'm in a really good mood these days, and the weather's helping keep it that way.
