This is my impatience and glee speaking but THANK GOD AN UPDATE YAY /no no i hadnt been checking my inbox three times a day since the first chapter came out NO NO NOT AT ALL /innocent whistling

For a moment i was worried about Conner being all 'oh no he has a fiancee and he lied to me B|' but huzzah~ Tim smoothed that over fairly fast. BUT NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO *wrings her hands* boys boys it doesnt HAVE to be a holiday thing! It can be more! MORE you hear me *distressed groaning* oh you two are so frickin stubborn sometimes it makes me wish i could knock your heads together like coconuts!

MAKING OUT YAY and bless you that they didn't go further than just making out. Though i admit that i kept waitin for a part where Tim'd be spooked out by the physical intimacy but...yay at the lack of it :D

Bawwwww they made a snow man ;w; (Shoo Rose, SHOO *flaps at her like you would a chicken* G'T outta here!) and snow ball fight and making out bawwwwww <3

Oh bless you Ma for tracking .... wait how DID she manage to track down Bernard....oh well thats not important. Whats important is that Tim'll have a nice present yay <3

*throws an arm around Bernard* Okay bud, now you know that they're *close* you are now officially the Gotham section of 'Lets Get Tim and Conner together' and thus it falls upon you to convince your boss to go for a long term-long distance relationship or something okay? OKAY~ LETS GO!

First things first, Wow I'm so flattered you're waiting for updates this avidly! As for Conner and Tim and the misunderstood conversation... Every cliche romance has to have one of those, but we couldn't just let an issue like that linger (Especially since the story takes place over the course of just a couple weeks, there wasn't TIME) Also Tim's pretty darn observant, no matter what 'verse he's in, so of course he noticed Conner's sudden distance and put the pieces together.

Don't worry, Ma and Bernard will make sure that the boys realize it can be more than a holiday thing, they're DETERMINED.

Well to be fair there will be more than making out in the next section, which IS really fast in a relationship but we're working within a highly compressed timeline, not just because Tim won't be stuck in Smallville that long, but also because people fall in love and then fall into bed *extremely* fast in the cliche movies this is based off of. In terms of the story, however, they are both very aware of how little time together they have so they don't feel they have the luxury of taking their time the way they would like to. As for Tim's lack of hesitation with the physical intimacy... Keep in mind that this is a much older Tim, and he's had relationships before, though none of them were very long term and the last was quite a few years before this. (I don't know if we'll get into that, honestly, but it's in my head at any rate and I can give the 'DVD Deleted scenes' commentary when it's all finished if you're curious.)

Yeah, the playing in the snow was just too much fun to write... Poor weird looking snowman... I expect he'll be missing an eye at some point when Krypto finds his tennis ball eyes.

Ma tracked Bernard down by calling Drake Industries headquarters and bothering a bunch of people until finally someone transferred her to Bernard. LOL She knows Tim's business, after that it was all persistence and polite stubbornness.

As Anidawehi said, we didn't want to draw out the misunderstood conversation too much, not enough time in the story and it would take away from the boys' flirting. And yes, Ma and Bernard (and probably even Tam) will be plotting to make it more than a holiday fling, even if Conner and Tim aren't thinking that way just yet. And yes, they were only making out now, but they don't have a lot of time, so they'll be moving faster than the might otherwise do in a less compressed relationship.

*giggles at Rose being shoo'd like a chicken* I don't think she'd like that image, though.

I suspect Ma may have gotten Bernard's name, at least, from Conner after he overheard the conversation, but yes, otherwise, she is Ma and therefore awesome and will be polite and patient and determined until someone at the company got her in touch with the right person.
