Wow. This is very poignant and heartbreaking. You did a wonderful job of tying it into the episodes. I totally believe that Elle would keep things to herself, that she would tell Reid that she didn't want people to know she was sick, and that Reid would honor her request. Morgan's understated shock of "no" when he realizes just where Elle "lives" now. Wow. Brava!

Wow, this is terrific! ... in an achy, sad, poignant way. What an inspired reading of the very complex, yet never-explored (in canon) character of Elle. She's not even in this story really, yet she's all I can think of at the end. Beautiful.
