So I was at work today, right? At the Magic Kingdom. We're still in training, so we've been running around working different stands to get a feel for the job (I picked up on it right away, having had so much experience at Wendy's and all). Well, we have been assigned our own cart at this point, which we would work until it was closed.
So, we're actually closing the cart, and taking everything back to the garage to be counted and inventoried and whatnot, and this little boy who couldn't have been five years old is walking parallel to me. He walks over, not paying a whole lot of attention, and takes my hand. Three seconds later (I don't know if it was my hand or the fact that he was looking at his father), he realized that I was not his father. He jumped and started crying as his father picked him up and consoled him while laughing hysterically. My fellow trainees, myself, and my trainer all laughed as well. It's my first "Magic Moment."
