I was reading a book today, and those of you who have read it may recognize the passage i am about to quote. Those of you who do not, it is irrelevant.
Upon reading the passage, it truly hit home, it perfectly captured the way i fell and i will forever be jealous that i couldn't be the one to have put it so elegantly. It truly captures how i feel about her: "Before you, my life was like a moonless night. Very dark, but there were stars--points of light and reason. ...And then you shot across my sky like a meteor. Suddenly everything was on fire; there was brilliancy, there was beauty. When you were gone, when the meteor had fallen over the horizon, everything went black. Nothing had changed, but my eyes were blinded by the light. I couldn't see the stars anymore. And there was no more reason for anything."
Though she will probably never see this, i had to write it somewhere. I hope someday she sees that i only have eyes for her. regardless, in the end i just hope she is happy, no matter what the outcome.
